Canadian Guitar Shows are back for 2026, returning to Edmonton and Calgary this fall with two one-day events built for players, collectors, builders, sellers, tone-chasers, pedal-board tinkerers, vintage hunters, and anyone who still believes the next great guitar is waiting on the next table.

After 10 years of bringing Alberta’s guitar community together, Canadian Guitar Shows continue to be the annual gathering place for buying, selling, trading, browsing, comparing, discovering, and talking gear with people who actually understand why one more guitar is completely reasonable.

Whether you’re hunting for a vintage treasure, moving a few pieces from the collection, checking out local builders, comparing pedals, looking for parts, or just soaking up the smell of old cases and tube amps, this is the room you want to be in.

What to Expect

Both events are one-day-only guitar gatherings featuring new, used, custom, boutique, and vintage gear from exhibitors, collectors, retailers, builders, educators, and private sellers.

Attendees can browse guitars, amps, pedals, accessories, parts, music gear, handmade instruments, and plenty of unexpected finds. Some people come with a shopping list. Some come “just to look.” We all know how that usually ends.

Each ticket includes access to the Flea Market Zone, where attendees can bring up to two items to sell — no table required. It’s a simple way to move a guitar, amp, pedal, or piece of gear, and maybe turn it into something new before the day is done.
